Exit deal
A consortium of Dutch investors, including Holland Venture, has sold its stake in Royal Mosa. The exit completed on 15 June 2005, and the acquirer, Egeria, now holds a majority interest in the ceramic tile manufacturer.Royal Mosa sells around six million square metres of wall and floor tiles a year, in 25 different countries on four different continents. Based in Maastricht, the company produces a wide assortment of innovative products in two locations, including tiles with integrated LED lighting. Mosa will be opening a new tile factory in December 2005, with facilities allowing the creation of tiles with sizes up to 120cm. In 2004, Mosa's sales rose to E64m.
