Dresdner RCM wins Netherlands mandates
Dresdner RCM Global Investors’ Amsterdam office has secured mandates to manage funds for Dutch institutional investors. The fund management firm, owned by Allianz, won a (45m Asian equity mandate by Holland Beleggings Groep, a subsidiary of Dutch-based insurer Zwalsche Algemeene. The portfolio will be split equally between Asia managed by Dresdner RCM’s investment team in Hong Kong, and Japanese equities managed by Meiji Dresdner Asset Management based in Tokyo. This deal represents the second institutional mandate won in the Netherlands since the group opened its Amsterdam office in July 2001
