Ceberus to buy NIB Capital?
According to Dutch daily newspaper Het Financieele Dagblad, New York-based Cerberus Capital Management is looking to increase its European private equity portfolio by purchasing NIB Capital. Primarily known as a hedge fund manager, Cerberus has been looking to expand its private equity portfolio, a sector the group has started to dabble in thanks to its recent acquisition of Debis AirFinance, a Netherlands-based aeronautical business.
