GIMV
At GIMV's General Shareholders' Meeting it was proposed to the shareholders to pay a gross dividend of EUR 0.7 per share (net EUR 0.525 per share). This dividend proposal reflects GIMV's Board of Directors' desire to pursue its prudent policy. GIMV has invested EUR 18.7m so far in 2003. At the same time, GIMV has already completed exits amounting to ERU 56.8m, with a total capital gain of EUR 39.6m. As per the end of May, GIMV is managing a total portfolio of EUR 909m, making it by far the largest venture capital provider in Belgium.
