Law firm White & Case have announced the appointment of, Stefan Odeurs to the Brussels office Corporate team. The White & Case Brussels Corporate practice encompasses the full range of corporate and finance law disciplines. Odeurs' has strong experience in M&A, finance and, in particular, private equity transactions. The expansion of the Brussels Corporate practice has been a central pillar of the firm's strategy of development in Belgium for the past two years. Odeurs’ arrival and that of another partner and three associates over the past 12 months will help meet increased demand for corporate law advice across the firm's European offices.
