NIB Capital joins forces with FundPartners
NIB Capital NV has acquired a 50.1% stake in pension fund services provider FundPartners. This new strategic partnership will allow NIB Capital and FundPartners to broaden their expertise and integrated product offering especially in the field of pension solutions for institutional and corporate clients. Following the merger NIB Capital and FundPartners will jointly develop a platform providing an integrated solution for pension providers in the light of the current concerns about pension funding. FundPartners designs and develops comprehensive investment products for pension funds, private banks and asset managers. The unique selling point of FundPartners is that FundPartners uses a total open architecture product engineering approach where it bundles specialist third party services, using the client needs, as a starting point. FundPartners has a special focus on developing innovative investment solutions using specific asset categories such as alternative investments and capital protected instruments. FundPartners has 11 staff and is based in Laren NH.
