ABN AMRO Capital
Bart Sonck has resigned as managing director of ABN AMRO Capital Investments Belgium, the Belgian private equity and venture capital arm of Dutch investment bank ABN AMRO. Anne Gegeest, formerly a member of the private equity team under Sonck, has been appointed to run the business. Sonck has worked for more than ten years in corporate and investment banking and has previously worked for JP Morgan and Bank Brussels Lambert before joining ABN AMRO. It is expected that Sonck will resign from his position as president of the Belgian Venturing Association
