Flemish regional government ponders sale of GIMV stake
The Flemish regional government, which currently holds a 70% stake in GIMV, has announced that it is interested in reducing its holding in the company to 25%. A spokeperson stated that partially selling its stake in the company had always been a possible strategic objective ever since GIMV was recapitalised, with 30% of its equity sold to public shareholders.
