GIMV to be included in Next Prime segment on Euronext

In December 2001, Euronext approved the inclusion of GIMV shares in its Next Prime business segment. It is expected that this will contribute to a higher visibility and liquidity of GIMV’s share. GIMV will gradually implement the specific information and communication requirements involved in the inclusion in the segment within the timeframe proposed by Euronext.
