GIMV sets up advisory board for Investments Business Unit ICT
GIMV has announced the establishment of a board of experts from international technology companies to advise it on investments within the GIMV-ICT business unit. This advisory board also has the aim of further reinforcing the GIMV-ICT network, leading to greater added value for its portfolio companies. The first of the six-monthly meetings for the group recently took place at GIMV. A select group of CEOs and prominent managers from large international technology companies will sit on the advisory board, including Cor Stutterheim (executive chairman of CMG) Leonard Schrank (CEO of Swift), Irwin Pfister (executive vice-president of Schlumberger), David Macaulay, senior vice-president Siemens Information and Communications, Rob Heyvaert, founder and CEO of Capco, Martin De Prycker, president and CEO of Barco Stijn Bijnens, founder and CEO of Ubizen, Michel Akkermans, founder of FICS and CEO of Clear2Pay.
