Steup has extensive experience in building companies to growth and profitability both as investor, non-executive director and (turnaround) manager with a large number of mid-market companies. He has worked at a number of leading Dutch firms including Flowers Export BV. Vacu Products BV, B&L Systems BV, ViHome Groep BV, Temperature Data Systems and Macek Technika BV.
