Waterland Private Equity Investments

Waterland Private Equity has announced the appointment of Lex Douze (1970) to its investment team. Previously he was founder and manager/shareholder of London-based PaperX Ltd, which was founded to create a global trading platform for the paper industry and was backed by Apax Partners and Insight Capital. Earlier in his career he was employed by The Boston Consulting Group as strategy consultant, where he competed various European strategy studies in the airline and financial services industries. Lex Douze obtained an MBA from Harvard University in Boston and also graduated in computer science and law at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
