FLV Fund reimburses shareholders
Flanders Language Valley Fund (FLV) has decided to decrease the share capital of the company through the reimbursement to the shareholders of EUR 12,362,697, equating to EUR 0.60 per ordinary share. The reimbursement, which took place on Tuesday 18 March, forms part of FLV's winding down of the company following allegations of embezzlement last year.
