GIMV's Konrad Hornchuch sale falls through
GIMV has announced that the negotiations on the sale of its stake in German company Konrad Hornschuch have ended without any result. GIMV first invested in Konrad Hornschuch in 2001, providing approximately "20m to support the firm's management buyout. The collapse of negotiations on the sale of Konrad Hornschuch will have no influence on the net asset value of GIMV, and will not reflect on the book value of its stake in Hornschuch. The falling through of the negotiations will also have no influence on the further investment budget for 2003.
