GIMV

The venture capital department of GIMV investing in information and communication technology (ICT) has been supported since 2002 by an advisory board composed of prominent executives from the ICT industry. This board advises GIVM ICT on its investment strategy and also offers important added value for portfolio companies. Recently, Gilbert Declerck, president and CEO of IMEC, has joined the GIMV ICT advisory board. IMEC is an internationally-renowned research centre for microelectronics, nanotechnology and technologies for ICT systems, and Declerck's presence on the GIMV ICT advisory board confirms the position of GIMV as one of the preferential partners in supporting IMEC spin-off companies
