
Langham Hall to open new Benelux office
Fund administration firm Langham Hall is setting up a new office in the Netherlands, headed by recently recruited director Willem-Jan Pelle.

New director Pelle, who has a legal and tax background, joined Dutch property company Wereldhave in 1986, ultimately becoming head of legal affairs. In 1994, he joined Dutch pension fund manager MN as head of legal and tax, as well as compliance officer of the investment department. He then joined real estate fund-of-funds Composition Capital Partners in 2005, before moving on to found his own business, Stamina Legal Tax & Regulatory, in 2013. There, Pelle was advising clients mainly on the development and promotion of the AIFMD depositary function and related private equity and real estate services.
The Netherlands office is currently in the setup phase and a precise location is yet to be decided, unquote" understands. The firm already operates an office in Luxembourg, in addition to bases in the British Isles, the US and Asia.
