Main Capital hires BDO's Scheurwater

Scheurwater will be responsible for LP reporting, governance, risk and compliance policies, as well as his ordinary CFO duties. He will also take charge of the process of applying for a full AIFMD licence.

Prior to joining Main Capital, Scheurwater was a partner at Breda-based accounting practice BDO. The firm also provides corporate tax advice and due diligence services.

Main Capital said the hire reflects the further professionalisation of the firm. Scheurwater will be based in The Hague and will formally join the firm in January 2018.
