
Ogier promotes two
Law firm Ogier has promoted Geoffrey Delamarre and Bernard Elslander to senior associate in its mid-year promotions.
Delamarre joined the corporate team in 2014 and specialises in private equity and real estate deal structures. He previously worked for French private equity firm Eurazeo as in-house legal counsel.
Elslander joined the investment funds team in 2016, specialising in unregulated funds. He previously worked for CMS Luxembourg in the corporate M&A practice.
Ogier claims to be the only offshore law firm with a presence in Luxembourg.
