
Value Enhancement Partners buys Actos – report
Dutch GP Value Enhancement Partners (VEP) has acquired a majority stake in Actos Groep, a Netherlands-based staffing agency, according to the Dutch daily Het Financieele Dagblad.
VEP focuses on special situations operations concerning mid-sized companies. To date, it has invested in industrial companies based in Benelux and Germany.
The GP is currently interested in penetrating the employee mediation market, according to the Het Financieele Dagblad.
Actos, the result of the merging of InQuest and Doxa in 2017, provides a vast array of services related to staffing, including secondment, purchasing talent and HR services.
Based in The Hague with additional offices in Tilburg and Antwerp, the business generates an annual turnover of around €30m, employing 40 consultants, according to Het Financieele Dagblad.
