
Avedon promotes two in Amsterdam office
Lower mid-market firm Avedon Capital Partners has promoted Emily Jeffries-Boezeman to the position of investment director and Rogier Luttjeboer to the position of associate in the firm’s Amsterdam office.
Jeffries-Boezeman is part of the software and technology sector team and co-leads the Human Capital Alpha Team efforts. She was involved in the realised investments of Cyclomedia and SportCity and will continue to work on Avedon's current investments, Kinly and CCS.
Luttjeboer is part of the industrials sector team and the Acceleration Growth Alpha Team with specific focus on implementing pricing strategies. He worked on current investments 2theloo and Kinly.
Jeffries-Boezeman joined from McKinsey in 2012 and Rogier joined Avedon in 2016 from an intern position.
Avedon is currently deploying from its Avedon Growth Capital III fund, which held its final close on its €250m target in 2017. The company is currently hiring more professionals to grow the team. The firm has offices in Amsterdam and Düsseldorf.
