
Holland Capital hires Engels

Amsterdam-based Holland Capital has hired Margot Engels as partner to focus on the healthcare sector.
Engels previously worked at Holland Capital's former portfolio company Opdidakt, which was sold to Karmijn Kapitaal in 2016. At Opdidakt she initiated and co-worked with Holland Capital on several acquisitions and was involved in the organic growth of the business.
Before Opdidakt, Engels worked at PharmaMatch Group and has also held various positions within the financial sector, namely at Deutsche Bank, GE Artesia Bank and EY.
With around €100m in assets under management, Holland Capital invests in Dutch companies operating in the healthcare and technology sectors. Its latest investment in the healthcare sector was MedAngel in Q3 last year, according to Unquote Data.
