Dutch GPs eye Belgian printing company Xeikon
Gilde and Waterland Private Equity are said to be circling Belgian digital printing company Xeikon, according to local press.
The company offers digital printing services for labels and packaging applications, as well as commercial printing. Xeikon's presses use LED array-based dry-toner electrophotography, open workflow software and application-specific toners.
Xeikon has been publicly traded under AEX:XEI on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange since November 2005. With a turnover of €130m and an EBITDA of €7m, the company's current market-cap stands at €125m. Frank Deschuytere is CEO of the company.
