
Gimv and NPM advise V-Ventures on ANP acquisition
Gimv and NPM Capital have advised Dutch media organization, V-Ventures on their acquisition of news agency Algemeen Nederlands Persbureau (ANP) for an undisclosed amount.
Established in 1934, ANP is a distributor of daily news coverage for Dutch newspapers, television, radio and the online news sites. Its service provides 24-hour, 7 days a week coverage of news stories, information graphics and photographs both nationally and worldwide.
Advisers from Deloitte, Loyens & Loeff and Houthoff Buruma were involved in the transaction.
