Apax acquires BNP Paribas Personal Finance Belgium
Apax has agreed to acquire BNP Paribas Personal Finance Belgium from BNP Paribas.
The divestment will enable BNP Paribas to meet requirements of the European Commission concerning its acquisition of Fortis.
BNP Paribas Personal Finance Belgium manages around €500m in consumer credit for 300,000 clients, focusing on cards and consumer loans, and has 200 employees.
