Barclays Private Equity acquires MPS Meat Processing
Barclays Private Equity has acquired MPS Meat Processing Systems in a secondary buyout from Steadfast Capital.
The deal value has not been disclosed; however Steadfast has received a 3x return on investment.
The company develops, produces and installs high-tech slaughtering systems. Steadfast Capital acquired a majority stake in the company following an investment in July 2004.
