Gilde and Parcom get green light for Gamma offer
Gilde and Parcom Capital Management’s take private offer for Gamma Holding has been approved by the European Commission.
The offer was made public on 13 January and the offer price was set at €29 per ordinary share and €3.50 per ordinary preference share. Gilde and Parcom together currently own approximately 80% of the issued and outstanding ordinary shares in the capital of Gamma and approximately 15% of the issued and outstanding ordinary participating preference shares in the capital of Gamma.
The acceptance period for the offer ends on 11 February.
