Regeur joins EQT's Amsterdam office
EQT has confirmed that Jeroen Regeur, former vice-president at TPG Capital, joined EQT's Schiphol office on 1 October as director of investments in the Benelux region.
EQT Partners, which traditionally operates in the Nordic and DACH regions, is now aiming to increase its presence in Benelux, according to EQT spokesperson Johan Hähnel.
Regeur joined TPG in 2006, where he was part of the London real estate team with a focus on northern Europe and the UK. He was involved in the Uni-Invest and Strauss Coffee investments. Prior to joining TPG, Regeur spent two years at Morgan Stanley.
In April, it emerged that EQT was to merge its European mid-market business line with its Asian investment team ahead of a rumoured new €1bn mid-market fund launch.
