Bedell opens new office in Luxembourg
Offshore law firm Bedell has opened a new office in Luxembourg and hired Anne-Catherine Grave and Catherine Koch as directors.
Existing Bedell director Philip Bolton has also joined the firm's Luxembourg board. He joined from the Jersey team and will provide support based on his experience within the company's network.
The new office will provide corporate, private equity, real estate and private wealth administration services to both LPs and GPs. The firm stated the opening reflects its strategy to strengthen its presence across the European multi-jurisdictional market.
Prior to the role, Grave worked as board member for real estate and private equity investment vehicles, while Koch spent 15 years in the management committees of two CSSF-regulated administration businesses. Prior to joining Bedell, both Grave and Koch took part in the launch of a Luxembourg-regulated corporate administration business.
