Rabo Capital sells stake in Itho Group BV
Rabo Capital, part of Rabo Private Equity (the captive private equity division of Rabobank Group), has sold its majority stake in Itho Group BV to Bencis Capital Partners.
In September 2007, Rabo Capital acquired a majority stake in Itho Group in a secondary buyout that saw AlpInvest divest its stake in the business.
Headquartered in Schiedam and founded in 1919, Itho Group has strong product portfolio, focusing on energy efficient and comfort enhancing climate control system. The firm recently established a UK presence.
No financial details were disclosed.
