
Van Campen Liem's team expands

Law firm Van Campen Liem has hired Cees Kersten and Bart Wehmeijer as corporate partners and appointed Manfred Dietrich to partner in its Luxembourg office.
Candidate civil law notaries Kersten and Wehmeijer (pictured left to right) were appointed partners within Van Campen Liem's corporate practice group at the start of this month. They are mainly involved in cross-border transactions and have experience in structuring mergers and acquisitions, as well as setting up joint venture structures.
Kersten and Wehmeijer's client base consists of US, Asian, Turkish and European multinationals, as well as family offices and international private equity houses.
Partner Manfred Dietrich will join the investment fund and asset management practice in Luxembourg at the end of July 2013.
Dietrich is a German qualified lawyer. He has practised for the last 12 years in Luxembourg at Loyens & Loeff and Arendt, as well as within the investment fund industry.
Dietrich is a member of the private equity AIFM directive working group within ALFI, the LIFA and a member of the legal committee within LPEA.
