Vendis Capital invests in Eyes and More
Vendis Capital has reached an agreement to invest up to €12m in Dutch optical chain Eyes and More.
The investor has taken a majority interest in the company, while management retains a significant majority stake. Eyes and More was founded in 2005 and has grown into a chain of 27 stores in the Netherlands and 39 franchise stores in Germany. Funding will support the growth plans of the company.
In 2009 the company recorded consumer sales of €16m.
