Prime Ventures and Intel Capital exit Silicon Hive
Prime Ventures and Intel Capital have sold their stakes in Dutch multimedia solutions provider Silicon Hive to Intel Corporation.
This is the third exit for Prime Ventures in 2011, having sold Liquavista to Samsung and Q-Go to RightNow in January. Prime has been the largest shareholder in the company since 2008 and Intel Capital has also been an investor in the company for the past two years.
The acquisition and integration of Silicon Hive into Intel Corporation was led by Intel Capital's M&A team.
