NPM agrees deal for Punch Graphix
Belgian private equity firm NPM and Punch International, have agreed to the sale of Punch's subsidiary, Punch Graphix NV.
The arrangement was completed following an offer by NPM on 23 March.
Punch owns the controlling interest, about 66.37% of Punch Graphix, which will be transferred to NPM, possibly by the end of the summer. Once the controlling stake has been handed over, NPM will put out a bid for the remaining share capital.
