NEON Private Equity in partial exit of Kuiken
NEON Private Equity, formerly Fortis Private Equity, has sold the Könicke subsidiary of Kuiken Group to the Swedish Lantmännen Group.
Könicke handles the sale, rental and after sales of Volvo Construction Equipment and Sennebogen cranes in Northern Germany. The sale only concerns the distribution rights of Volvo Construction Equipment.
Könicke recorded a turnover of €108m in 2009 and employs 284 staff. The transaction is expected to close in the beginning of September.
