Argentius to open offices in Luxembourg
Augentius Fund Administration Group has received regulatory approval for the opening of its office in Luxembourg.
The move is part of the firm’s strategy to take advantage of SICAR and SIF products and their refinement into sophisticated fund structures, which are proving increasingly attractive to the private equity and property communities.
Augentius is purely focused on the private equity and property fund sectors. Launched in 2003, it currently manages over USD 68bn on behalf of over 60 GP groups providing reporting, on behalf of its clients, to over 3,800 LPs from its offices in New York, London, Luxembourg, Guernsey, Hong Kong and Singapore.
