IK Investment Partners sells Welzorg
IK Investment Partners has sold Dutch mobility aids distributor Welzorg to Louwman Group.
The company specialises in the sale, long term rental and maintenance of manual and powered wheelchairs and scooters. IK acquired Welzorg from UBS Capital in December 2002. During the investment period, the company has expanded from being a purely Dutch business to serving Denmark and Sweden also.
This represents IK's second exit for the year and the transaction is subject to customary anti-trust approval.
