NPM Capital and management acquire Independer.nl

NPM Capital and management have wholly acquired Independer.nl jointly with investor Borghols Group, which was already a shareholder in the company. The shares were held by the investment company Apax Partners, the management and a number of smaller shareholders.

Independer.nl is an independent comparison site and adviser in the field of financial services and healthcare in the Netherlands. Each year it is visited by millions of consumers, who are looking for objective information and advice on numerous products such as car insurance, mortgages and healthcare insurance. The site also enables the visitors to take out these products quickly and easily.
