PPM Oost sells its stake in biotech incubator
PPM Oost and Wageningen University and Research Center have sold their stakes in the biotech incubator BioPartner Wageningen Center to developer and investor Kadans Vastgoed.
Wageningen-based in BioPartner Center was established in 2000 as an incubator in the "Food Valley" region. It provides access to start-up companies, including coaching and advice on fundraising. BioPartner has two laboratories and multipurpose contiguous facilities with approximately 8,700 m2 of available space.
