Naxicap's House of HR acquires Human Capital Group
Backed by Naxicap Partners since 2012, recruitment consulting group House of HR has acquired Belgium-based Human Capital Group.
With the acquisition, Naxicap confirms its intention to reinforce the group's engineering activities. With the GP's backing, the group has doubled its turnover over the last two years.
This growth was mainly driven by bolt-on acquisitions, including Abylsen in France and Continu in the Netherlands. The two transactions were completed in 2015 and targeted companies also specialised in the engineering field.
House of HR intends to merge the newly acquired group with its existing subsidiary Logi-technic. Together, the two companies will form a new entity, Tec Alliance. The Belgian group will specialise in the outsourcing of qualified engineers; it will manage 15 agencies and 1,000 staff members.
House of HR's new total turnover should amount to €820m, 23% of which will be made through its engineering consulting activities.
Previous funding
Naxicap first invested in House of HR in 2012. In 2014, the GP increased its stake in the group, acquiring the shares of co-founder Philip Cracco (previously holding 35% of the business) alongside co-founder and CEO Conny Vandendriessche.
Company
Human Capital is an independent holding managing several consultancy agencies (Advitek, Tec ICT, Tec Nederland, Tec BE, PCI and Technolink) providing technical expertise for engineering projects and inspections in the industrial, construction, IT and telecoms sectors. It currently counts 500 consultants and registered a €70m turnover in 2015.
House of HR is a European recruitment consulting group with a special focus on engineering activities. It operates via three main subsidiaries: Accent Jobs, Zaquensis and Covebo, which together represent 400 offices spread across 10 countries. The group has 1,532 in-house employees and registered a consolidated turnover of €764m in 2015.
