NextStage backs Steel Shed Solutions with €11.5m
French GP NextStage has invested €11.5m in building kit maker Steel Shed Solutions.
The funding will be used to ramp up the company's sales growth and development in Europe and Africa.
NextStage, which is listed on the Euronext Paris, will acquire a minority stake in Steel Shed Solutons and tends to complete deals without using leverage.
Company
Based in Luxembourg, Steel Shed Solutions specialises in the design and online sale of ready-to-assemble steel building kits. The types of buildings include storage or livestock hangars, industrial buildings, agricultural structures and equestrian facilities. It was established in 2001 and sells around 1,000 buildings a year.
