Gilde acquires Performation in MBO
Gilde Healthcare has bought a majority stake in Dutch healthcare business-intelligence provider Performation Healthcare Intelligence.
A spokesperson for Gilde confirmed management has retained a minority stake in the business.
The GP invested from its Gilde Healthcare Services vehicle, which closed in January 2015 on €100m. The fund targets companies operating in the healthcare sector, with enterprise values of up to €75m and revenues between €7.5-75m, according to Unquote Data.
Rabobank provided debt for the transaction.

Founded in 1998, Performation is a provider of healthcare-specific business intelligence to monitor costs, processes and quality.
The company claims to serve half of all Dutch hospitals. It employs around 100 staff and is headquartered in Bilthoven.
