Egeria acquires consumer electronics business Trust
Egeria Private Equity has wholly acquired Dordrecht-based consumer electronics manufacturer Trust Holding from its founder Michel Perridon.
With Egeria on board, Trust intends to further develop its growth plans, focusing on its customers and speed of new product introductions.
Trust's board of directors will maintain its active role within the company.
Egeria held a first and final close on €800m for its vehicle Egeria Private Equity Fund V in December 2017, after six weeks on the road. The new fund continues Egeria's strategy of focusing on Dutch companies or companies with a link to the Netherlands, but will have more scope for cross-border build-up deals, according to a source close to the fundraise.
