Anders Invest acquires Groku from Heritage B
Anders Invest has wholly acquired Dutch kitchen furniture manufacturer Groku from industrial holdings company Heritage B.
Financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed, though Anders typically writes equity cheques of €1-15m.
The transaction is the 11th deal made by the investor, which runs an evergreen fund with commitments from around 60 entrepreneurs and the Anders management team. According to the firm's website, the vehicle has raised €18m to date and will continue to take commitments on an annual basis until it reaches a total of €40-50m.
Groku's management team will remain in their roles following the deal.
Most recently, Anders acquired a 50% stake in Mosman Stainless Steel, a manufacturer and distributor of heat exchangers for bulk cargo, in March 2018.
