
Anders buys Aldowa
Dutch evergreen fund Anders Invest has acquired a 65% stake in Rotterdam-based façade cladding business Aldowa.
Shareholders Jan Boom and Allard Droste sold to Anders, with Droste retaining a minority stake. Director Alwin Versluis expanded his stake and will continue to run the company with Boom.
Anders expanded its portfolio to 13 companies with the acquisition of Aldowa. It drew capital from its evergreen fund structure, which was launched with a volume of €18m and was expected to increase to around €40-50m.

Aldowa is a Dutch façade cladding business founded in 1978. It specialises in the engineering, production and assembly of metal and composite facade cladding. The company has worked on projects including the Markthal and Central Station in Rotterdam, the Houthavens in Amsterdam, Hilton at Schiphol and the Mercedes-Benz flagship store in The Hague. The business employs 55 people and generates revenues of €16m.
