
De Hoge Dennen sells Mybrand to Conclusion
Dutch sponsor De Hoge Dennen Capital has sold its majority stake in IT business Mybrand to trade buyer Conclusion.
The sale ends a three-year holding period for the investor, which acquired a majority stake in the management buyout of the business in September 2015.
Conclusion will employ 1,700 people after the transaction. The group generated revenues of €197m in 2017.
The deal value was not disclosed, but Conclusion CEO Engbert Verkoren told dutch daily Financieele Dagblad that it was the largest acquisition the company had ever completed.

MyBrand was founded in 2005, employs 250 people and has three branches, in Amstelveen, Apeldoorn and Geertruidenberg. The company offers IT and cybersecurity support to Dutch SMEs. It generated €37m turnover in 2017.
