Antea buys Working Spirit
Dutch GP Antea has bought a majority stake in Netherlands-based employment agency Working Spirit, with management retaining the remainder.
The GP acquired a 60% stake in the business, while the management team, composed of three managers, retains the remaining minority stake.
Working Spirit now intends to continue growing organically and via a buy-and-build strategy.
The GP is currently investing via its Antea Participaties VIII vehicle, which completed its first investment in Netherlands-based recreational events organiser Fundustry in February this year.

Founded in 2004 and based in Deventer, Working Spirit is engaged in the secondment and training of ICT professionals.
Working Spirit has a yearly turnover of €10m and employs around 100 people, of whom around 40% are under contract and 60% are self-employed.
