Waterland invests in Intracto
Waterland Private Equity has invested in Belgian digital consultant Intracto alongside its founder Pieter Janssens.

Intracto had already begun making small acquisitions, including the takeover of digital content producer Snackbytes in September this year. Waterland will support an accelerated buy-and-build strategy for the business.
Janssens will re-invest in the business alongside Waterland for a significant stake.
