Victus Participations backs PB Techniek MBO
Dutch GP Victus Participations has acquired Netherlands-based PB Techniek, a technical service provider for the horticulture industry.
Victus Participations has acquired a majority stake in the business, while co-founders and brothers Koen, Paul and Mark Brabander will retain a minority stake in PB Techniek.
The Amsterdam-based GP held a final close for its maiden fund, Victus, on €90m in July this year, surpassing its €75m target, after it was publicly announced in November 2017. The vehicle focuses exclusively on agriculture and food businesses based in the Benelux region, completing both growth and buyout transactions (acquiring both minority and majority stakes). It provides equity tickets of up to €12m.

Based in Maasdijk, PB Techniek supplies technology and automation products for the international horticulture sector.
Founded in 1996, the company today employs 50 staff. It expects to record a turnover of €40m next year, 10% more than the expected turnover of 2018.
