Bregal Freshstream makes first exit with Intergas

The trade sale is Bregal Freshstream's first full exit since launching its maiden €600m fund in 2015. The GP invested in Intergas in Q4 2017.

Founded in 1925 and based in Atlanta, Rheem is a provider of gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, air handlers, indoor air quality products, and gas and electric water heaters.

With roots dating back to 1939, Intergas is a boiler manufacturer and focuses on increasing energy efficiency and reliability, as well as reducing emissions and energy bills.

Headquartered in Coevorden, Intergas is expanding both in Europe and North America, with growing subsidiaries in the UK, the US and Canada.
