Holland Capital backs Valori MBO
Holland Capital has acquired a majority stake in Netherlands-based Valori, a software and quality assurance specialist, investing alongside management.
Unquote understands that the deal was sourced in a proprietary fashion and the GP drew equity from its Holland Venture Entrepreneurs Fund III, which closed in 2016 on €55m, according to Unquote Data.
The GP will support the business in growing organically and implementing an active buy-and-build strategy. Holland Capital is aiming to bring the company's total revenues to €50m in the next five years.

Valori, founded in 1989 and located in Utrecht, is a software testing and quality assurance company specialised in testing new computer systems and adjusting already existing systems.
The business currently works together with companies active in financial services, government, telecommunications, insurance and utilities. Among its clients are the Dutch ministries of economic affairs, justice and security, ING Bank, Rabobank, Philips, Engie, and GreenChoice.
Employing 200 people, Valori generates a turnover of around €25m.
